PMDD can be incredibly scary. It's scary to not understand what is happening in your own mind and body, to not feel in control, and to feel alone. With a lack of research, resources, and awareness, many women are left not knowing how to treat, manage, or live their lives with PMDD.
There's only one thing that's harder than dealing with the symptoms of PMDD: not knowing anyone else who has PMDD and understands what it is you're going through. No one to talk to, no one to share experiences with, no one to answer your questions. For years, I felt alone, carrying that constant fear and losing hope that it would ever get better.
This vicious cycle can feel like dying and being reborn again each month. That cycle ends here. This is your renaissance. Reni is the PMDD community we've all been waiting for: a place where women who actually get it can help each other find answers and treatments that work. It's a space to offer support, connect across the world, and find the simple relief of being understood.
PMDD is hard. Facing it alone is harder.
Reni exists so you never have to.
Still figuring it out, right there with you,
